Ramentalk

Our client, a fast-growing convenience food brand with a valuation of $2 billion, needed to hire key talents for the new retail and offline sectors. This position had been open in the market for over six months, and despite working with over ten suppliers and interviewing more than 30 candidates, they struggled to make a successful decision.

The project's challenges stemmed from the fact that the ramen project was relatively new, and the organization's development had bottlenecks. Many candidates had concerns, resulting in a lengthy market search. Several target candidates had been approached, but the previous suppliers and clients couldn't convince them to join. Additionally, the client had a vague profile of the key talent, making decision-making difficult.

SeeStar proposed a solution involving targeted mapping of a highly regarded new retail leader from a well-known FMCG company. The process took nearly 3 to 4 months, with consistent follow-up (even as the targeted candidate received other offers in the meantime). During this period, the search team provided professional analysis, comparisons, and evaluations for the candidates, helping them make informed decisions. We also worked closely with the client to address candidates' concerns. In the end, SeeStar successfully convinced the candidate to join, along with two key team members. The resume recommendation/conversion rate was 100%.

The client's evaluation of SeeStar:
"SeeStar stayed close with the us, guided us providing candidates with what they wanted, maintained a tight follow-up process, didn't miss opportunities, and didn't give up, ultimately closing the deal. They helped us discover hidden star players!"
