Teleport

Teleport is a game changing venture under the Asian airline company AirAsia (currently known as Capital A). Leveraging its extensive flight resources, Teleport provides a unique next-day air freight service to merchants and individual consumers across Asia.
After determining a strategy to re-enter the Chinese market, the management team of Teleport contacted SeeStar. They aimed to hire a head of human resources  for the Chinese region to kick off the big plan with more critical searches following. Additionally, with an existing name list, the company wanted to rigorously assess the candidacy of the current business head in China through an even more comprehensive search process.

Upon receiving the project, the SeeStar team quickly collaborated with the client's management team to understand the organization's structure and leadership requirements. Considering Teleport's business in the e-commerce and logistics sectors, a search plan and schedule were developed.

Following an approximately two-month search process, our client successfully recruited a head of human resources for the PRC region. Utilizing a comprehensive search report, Teleport made a crucial talent decision for the head of business China role. Their exciting business journey in Asia is set to continue.
