Ivy began her career in 2011 at Apple, where she gained invaluable experience over three years with a renowned organization. In 2014, after a senior leader's recommendation, she joined Korn/Ferry, where she partnered with Apple to facilitate its rapid expansion in the Chinese market. In 2016, Ivy became the head of recruitment at naked Hub (acquired by WeWork in 2018), where she played a crucial role in building the company's organizational structure during the co-working industry's growth in China. Subsequently, she joined MacDonald & Company’s Hong Kong office, supporting prestigious real estate funds and foreign commercial developers.

In early 2023, Ivy joined SeeStar, drawn by the company's values and her commitment to helping business leaders address key talent challenges during their growth and innovation journeys in China and beyond. Based in Shenzhen, the heart of the Greater Bay Area, she focuses on delivering leadership talent, fostering strong partnerships with clients to enhance their innovation and globalization efforts. At SeeStar, Ivy established her global executive search practice, leveraging Shenzhen's strengths in consumer electronics and successfully guiding clients in recruiting multiple functional leaders in the EU.

Ivy holds a degree in Food Science and Engineering from Northeast Agricultural University and is fluent in English. An avid road cyclist and tennis enthusiast, she is also preparing to compete in her first triathlon.
