Before becoming an executive search consultant, Jojo garnered invaluable experience at Johnson Controls, Kimberly-Clark, Bunge, and various international non-profit organizations. In 2012, Jojo ventured into the search industry, honing her focus on consumer, TMT, and China's global sector. She quickly established herself as a top biller for the consumer industry at Page Group, a UK-listed recruitment company. Additionally, she forged a successful partnership with a European boutique leadership consulting firm, instrumental in their expansion into the Singapore and London markets.

Jojo has an impressive track record, having successfully completed over 500 cases in the internet and consumer goods industries, facilitating the recruitment of top executives for numerous Chinese and foreign unicorn companies, and addressing critical talent recruitment challenges for founders of high-growth businesses. Her expertise encompasses pivotal roles such as GM, CEO, CMO, head of sales, and new business operators. Furthermore, she has played a pivotal role in assisting renowned companies like Apple, Uber, Kellogg, AB InBev, Kimberly-Clark, TikTok, and other Fortune 500 companies in recruiting top-tier commercial executive teams (sales, marketing) in China. Jojo possesses a profound strategic perspective and in-depth industry insights, coupled with high cognitive flexibility and astute problem-solving abilities. She excels at simplifying complex situations, pinpointing key contradictions, and providing invaluable assistance to start-up companies in sourcing high-end talent domestically and internationally, and in structuring capability models and organizational frameworks. In 2018, she founded SeeStar with the vision to establish a world-class professional leadership selection firm, aiming to introduce cutting-edge innovations from China to the global stage. In the meantime, this venture is also meant to reshape the unsatisfactory client relationship and influence of executive search industry in China.
