Prior to co-founding SeeStar, he worked at a leading European executive search firm, specializing in acquiring core teams and leadership roles for prominent corporations. With deep expertise in organizational dynamics and talent strategy, Scott enhances his clients' business success by securing key talent and fostering trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates.

Scott's client portfolio includes PE-backed companies, multinational corporations, and Chinese private enterprises. He has worked with notable clients such as Hillhouse Capital, CBridge Capital, INVUS Capital, BSI Group, Pearson Group, EiM, Charterhouse Education, Shrewsbury, and YK-Pao School. At SeeStar, Scott is focused on strengthening partnerships with top private equity and asset management firms, while expanding his executive search expertise in the edtech sector. He is also the go-to expert at SeeStar for critical HR leadership searches and consultancy.

Scott holds an MSc in Management of Human Resources from Hong Kong Baptist University and an MSc in International Management from the University of Nottingham. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and stand-up paddleboarding, embracing nature whenever possible.
