Yulei began his career in Singapore's energy sector, progressing from design engineer to project engineer, and contributed to multiple world-scale petrochemical projects.
In 2016, he transitioned to talent acquisition with a prestigious search consultancy in Shanghai, leveraging his engineering expertise to address complex challenges in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, building a strong professional reputation. This expertise led him to boutique executive search firms.
At Eric Salmon & Partners and Korn Ferry, he executed 30+ C-Suite searches for MNCs, including Fortune 500 companies, specializing in Automotives，Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, and supply chains.

Joining Wyser in 2020 as a consulting manager, Yulei leads business transformation initiatives, supporting SMEs in market entry, expansion, and organizational restructuring across the region.
He is skilled at resolving complex management issues through relationship-building, maintaining a neutral and strategic perspective.

Based in Shanghai, Yulei holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Dalian Jiaotong University, an M.Sc. in Engineering from National University of Singapore(NUS), and an MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). An avid sports enthusiast, he is also an elite marathon runner.
